We’re a small, independent pet gifting business based in Cheshire, UK. We lovingly create thoughtful gift hampers and carefully select treats, chews, toys and accessories for our furry friends.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Our range includes dog gift hampers, treats, natural chews, toys and accessories.

Occasionally, packaging or product appearances may vary slightly. Any significant changes to your order will be communicated to you.
3. Pet Safety
Please ensure that any treats, chews or toys purchased are appropriate for your pet’s age, size, dietary requirements and chewing habits.
Dogs should always be supervised when enjoying chews or playing with toys.
Fresh drinking water should always be available.

4. Orders & Payments

We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom to destinations available at checkout.
Delivery charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.

7. Personalised & Build Your Own Hampers
Some Kindred Paws products allow customers to choose individual items or create their own hamper.
Please check your selections carefully before completing your purchase.
A hamper assembled from standard products chosen by a customer is not automatically exempt from statutory cancellation rights.
Products that are genuinely personalised or made to a customer’s individual specifications may qualify for an exemption where permitted by law.
8. Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, Kindred Paws may offer promotions, special offers or discount codes.
Promotional codes may be subject to specific conditions, including expiry dates, product exclusions or minimum purchase requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions.
